A young man by the name of Sian Mumtaz from Lahore, Pakistan, has been battling a rare condition known as Proteus Syndrome - which has left him with a giant head, feet, and hands. Sain has been seriously disfigured for years which has caused certain parts of his body to continue growing. He is now desperately searching for a cure so he can finally find love.
